We invite you to join us as we ring in the 2026 Chinese New Year, embracing the year of the Fire Horse which commences officially on February 17th. Since the Chinese zodiac follows the moon calendar, it always falls on the first new moon in February and is the time when the energies of the year start ahead begin to take shape.

In the cosmic dance of the zodiac, the Fire Horse gallops forth with untamed brilliance, a rare and powerful union of elemental flame and wild spirit. The Horse carries within its soul the gift of freedom… the ability to traverse mountains and valleys with grace, to leap fearlessly toward new horizons. When combined with the Fire element, this sacred animal becomes a beacon of divine inspiration, igniting dormant dreams and burning away the old to make way for rebirth.

This is the year for those brave enough to take the reigns of their lives, embrace their own untamed nature, and ride fearlessly into their destiny.

We will gather at Elevation Central, at a beautiful retreat center with a large ceremony hall, beautiful grounds with a flowing stream, yoga platforms, relaxing amenities such as a hot tub and sauna and ample room for everyone to have a bed.

Alanna is a facilitator of plant medicine ceremonies and has undergone training and initiation from an Umbandaime community where she lived and studied in the Amazon of Acre, Brazil.
