Grandmother Spring Equinox Celebration

The Spring Equinox is a time of balance and awakening; an emergence from the darkness of winter into the bright, shining possibilities of spring. It is a time of equal day and equal night, reflecting our own need for equanimity and harmony.

Even as the warmth and renewal of spring invite us to wipe the sleep from our eyes, to stretch, grow and move toward the light, the transition from winter to spring can feel muddy or sluggish. This is a great opportunity to sit with Grandmother to help clear away any heaviness and open the path to creativity, action and joy.
