MEN’S RITES OF PASSAGE 9-DAY PROGRAM: AUGUST 1st-9th

Are you hearing a small quiet voice within you that says softly, gently, … the time is now... A rite of passage is a time of awakening our deepest, most sacred, and most hidden inner masculine power.  Rites of passage is both a recognition and a reclamation of this power which has been actively suppressed by both religion and culture for millennia. But there is an awakening happening, a remembering, a deep knowing that is spreading like fire. It is  yearning for this power to be harnessed, wielded, and used for the highest and greatest use for our humanity at a time when it is needed more than ever before. Now is the time to answer the call.

Rites of Passage have been a part of indigenous cultures from around the world for thousands of years. Our ancestors understood the importance of marking transitions in life with a rite of passage. Some of these transitions include the process of birth, moving from childhood to adulthood, adulthood to parenthood, adulthood to elderhood, marriages, and finally death. These passages can be challenging in various ways, but they are part of necessary mental, emotional, and spiritual preparation for the new roles and responsibilities that come with each passage.

In our western culture, rites of passage have been largely lost and this has caused many detriments to us as a collective, including the distortion of the sacred divine feminine and masculine energies.

Without rites of passage, people engage in various activities, subconsciously seeking this type of initiation, but often results in negative outcomes such as lack of responsibility, powerlessness, crippling fear, victim consciousness, distortion of ideals, and disconnection from self, others, and our earth mother.

Rites of passage is a way to reconnect with our soul agreements, the commitments we made before arriving on this Earthly plane, where we committed to be of service in some way, to discover and share our medicine with the world.

This is the opportunity of a lifetime, a time to connect with our deepest self through uninterrupted connection with the greatest mother of all, Nature. It is a time  for us to reconnect with our personal power as men, fathers, elders, lovers, husbands, brothers, sons, and all the roles of relation that we dance through in life together.  We will connect deeply with the 4 elements, the 4 seasons, our personal seasons and cycles to better understand who we are and where we are going.

This program will include various ceremonies, radical elemental immersion rituals, fasting during a 4 day vision quest, and other spiritual processes. The vision quest is a sacred time of spiritual depth where we go deeply within to be able to receive the highest vision for our lives, uncover our sacred dharma, and discover the medicine we are meant to carry and bring to the world.

All confirmed participants will receive instructions for preparation and packing lists.

An essential part of the rite of passage is the delving into the unknown, and so we are giving a general outline of what will happen but the details are not included for this reason.
