New Year's Ayah Ceremony

Grandmother Ceremonies: Sunday 12/29, Monday 12/30 and Tuesday 12/31 

What a year this has been for us and our community, it is hard to believe that only 1 year has passed as it seems that so much has happened in 2024. Together we have endured one of the biggest natural disasters to make landfall in the USA right here in our backyards of Asheville, Burnsville, and WNC.  We are still working tirelessly to support our neighbors and our community long after the mainstream news has forgotten this disaster.  In the midst of continuing the clean-up and restoration phases, we are pausing these efforts to focus our attention on prayer, meditation, celebration, and reconnection as we gather for these new year prayers.

Helene has created a very particular energy in our mountains. Disaster zones are portals; a surge of physical energy where destruction is rampant, but also energetic portals where unexpected opportunities and connections can arise out of nowhere. Just as everything we have, including our very lives, can be taken in the flash of an eye, so too can manifestation happen at the core level of creation. Helene’s impact happened during the peak potency of this year’s  eclipse season, also known as one of the most powerful astrological portals that we experience as a collective. Plant medicines also enable us to enter portals of various types, where we can gain clarity and greater understanding about ourselves, our lives, and our place in it all.

It is a true honor and blessing to ring in the New Year as we consecrate the most sacred and powerful medicine of Grandmother Ayahuasca.  This is an opportunity to gather  in community as we heal, celebrate, sing, dance, laugh, and cry; moving through the full range of our human experience over these 3 days together, representing all the beauty, challenges, ups and downs of this past 2024 year, especially processing the impacts of hurricane Helene.

We are offering a 3 night journey for those who are ready for a deep dive to supercharge 2025.

We will begin our works on Sunday, with a focus on reflecting of the challenges and lessons of 2024, consecrating grandmother ayah along with powerful sananga meditations offered to take us more deeply into our inner experience.

Monday we will strengthen our group field of energy through creating a meditative soundscape along with dance and movement.

Tuesday NYE 12/31 will be a sacred song circle where we will sing together, deepen the bonds of our community, empower our voices, and create a collective current of healing energy through live music and participatory songs.

Each afternoon we will offer an optional sharing circle, sauna, cold plunge and Kundalini Yoga.  New Year’s Eve will be a special 3 dose night with dancing, chanting and celebrating life in communion with the Divine. New Year’s Day (Wednesday, January 1st) we will have a special integration cacao circle in the afternoon followed by sauna, cold plunge, and music jam.
