Women's Rite of Passage ~ 6 day program 7/16-7/23
July 16 - 23, 2023
WOMEN’S RITE OF PASSAGE 6 DAY PROGRAM: JULY 16th- 23rd
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: JUNE 23rd
Rites of Passage have been a part of indigenous cultures from around the world for thousands of years. Our ancestors understood the importance of marking transitions in life with a rite of passage. Some of these transitions include the process of birth, moving from childhood to adulthood, adulthood to parenthood, adulthood to elderhood, marriages, and finally death.
These passages can be challenging in various ways, but they are part of necessary mental, emotional, and spiritual preparation for the new roles and responsibilities that come with each passage.
In our western culture, rites of passage have been largely lost and this has caused many detriments to us as a collective, including the distortion of the sacred divine feminine and masculine energies.
Without rites of passage, people engage in various activities, subconsciously seeking this type of initiation, but often results in negative outcomes such as lack of responsibility, powerlessness, distortion of ideals, and lack of connection to self and others.
Rites of passage is a way to reconnect with our soul agreements, the commitments we made before arriving on this plane, where we committed to be of service in some way.
This is the opportunity of a lifetime, a time to connect with our deepest self through uninterrupted connection with the greatest mother of all, Nature. It is a time for us to reconnect with our personal power as women, creators, mothers, crones, lovers, wives, sisters, daughters, and all the roles of relation that we dance through in life together. We will connect deeply with the 4 elements, the 4 seasons, our personal seasons and cycles to better understand who we are and where we are going.
This program will include various ceremonies, rituals, fasting, and other spiritual processes.
All confirmed participants will receive instructions for preparation and packing lists.
An essential part of the rite of passage is the delving into the unknown, and so we are giving a general outline of what will happen but the details are not included for this reason.

Above and beyond all, Alanna is a devotee of Amma Sri Karunamayi and Sadhguru and has been receiving their traditional yogic initiations into sadhana over the years.
Connie has been facilitating sacred medicine work for 6 years. Her way of offering ceremonial medicine is to blend it with her knowledge, skill and compassion as a hands-on healer, massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, Shamanic Guide, Chinese Medicine, Yoga & Meditation teacher, all within a Sound Healing container. She combines western therapeutic techniques (Parts Work, IFS, methods of Stanislav Grof) with more esoteric spiritual healing techniques. If you have counseled or sat with Connie before, you know that a deep inquiry of the soul and emotional level is her access point for all healing work. She provides a safe, structured and grounded ceremonial experience for participants to feel lovingly held and guided in sacred ritual, release, cleansing and rebirth. In addition to 10 years as a massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, student of Chinese Medicine, medicine & integration facilitator, yoga & meditation teacher, sound healer and ceremonialist, Connie was an Advanced Wilderness EMT for 12 years, and has mentored extensively with Chad Charles (5meO), Kedar Brown (Shamanic rites) and collaborated with several other experienced facilitators in recent years.
